4. Image Data

Images you upload for background removal are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We do not access, analyze, or use the content of your images. We do not use your images for AI model training without your explicit consent. You can manually delete any image from your history at any time.

• Free plan: Images and results retained for 7 days, then auto-deleted
• Pro plan: Retained for 90 days, then auto-deleted
• Business plan: Retained for 365 days, then auto-deleted
• Enterprise plan: Custom retention period
• Account information is retained while the account is active; permanently deleted upon account deletion
• Billing and transaction records are retained as required by law

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest (HTTPS/TLS), regular security audits, strict access controls, and least-privilege principles. Payment data is handled by PCI-DSS certified Stripe; we do not store your credit card information.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Stripe (payment processing), Google (OAuth login and analytics), and email providers (notification emails). These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
