# Data Privacy

Your privacy matters. Here's how we handle your data at EaseBG.

## Image Storage

- Uploaded images are stored temporarily for processing

- Processed results are kept based on your plan's retention period:

- Free: 7 days

- Pro: 90 days

- Business: 365 days

- Enterprise: Custom

- After the retention period, images and results are automatically deleted

- You can manually delete any image from your history at any time

## Data Deletion

1. Delete a single result: Go to History > click Delete on the item

2. Delete all history: Go to Settings > Clear All History

3. Account deletion: Contact support to request complete account deletion

> Account deletion removes all associated data including profile, history, and billing records. This action is irreversible.

## Data We Collect

- Account information: Email, name (for identification)

- Usage data: Number of images processed, credits used (for billing)

- Payment data: Handled by our payment processor (Stripe) — we do not store card numbers

## Data We Do NOT Collect

- We do NOT access or analyze the content of your images

- We do NOT sell your data to third parties

- We do NOT use your images for model training without explicit consent

## GDPR Compliance

- You can request a data export at any time

- You can request data deletion at any time
