# Credits and Billing

Everything you need to know about credits, billing, and payments.

## How Credits Work

- Each background removal costs 1 credit

- Free plan: 10 credits/month

- Pro plan: 100 credits/month

- Business plan: 500 credits/month (shared with team)

- Enterprise: Unlimited

## Purchasing Credit Packs

Need more credits without upgrading your plan?

1. Go to Dashboard > Credits

2. Click Buy Credits

3. Select a credit pack:

- 50 credits

- 200 credits

- 500 credits

4. Complete payment — credits are added instantly

> Credit packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

## Billing Cycle

- Monthly plans: Billed on the same date each month

- Yearly plans: Billed annually with a discount (~2 months free)

## Invoices and Receipts

1. Go to Dashboard > Billing

2. View your payment history

3. Click Download Invoice for any transaction

## Refund Policy

- Credits used are non-refundable

- Subscription fees are refundable within 7 days of payment if no credits have been used

- Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been consumed

- To request a refund, contact support with your order number

## Upgrading Your Plan

When upgrading, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days in your billing cycle. Credits from the new plan are added immediately.

## Downgrading Your Plan

When downgrading:

- The change takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

- You keep your current plan's credits until then
